Hey y’all!
Just throwing out a general course update for the 2nd Annual Hinson Lake Classic as it pertains to Round 1 and OBs for those familiar with the course.
1. Temp basket locations will be used for Holes 3, 9, 13, and 17 for ROUND 1 ONLY. All temp locations have been marked with orange X’s for players to view.
- Hole 3 (225 ft) provides a tight window straight shot
- Hole 9 (265 ft) opens up the hyzer route as the basket will be placed on the opposite side of the hole for the normal basket.
- Hole 13’s (550 ft) basket will be placed into the opening/walkway on the left side of the fairway adjacent to the current basket.
- Hole 17 (280 ft) now provides a longer straight to hyzer shot as the basket will be placed in the grassy area short of the Portajohn and parking lot.
2. Hole 11’s OB along the right side of the fairway has been adjusted closer to the basket by 5-7 feet to create a tighter landing zone and tougher hole.
3. Hole 19’s tee pad has been relocated roughly 15 feet further.
There will be tee signs with these adjustments at each hole for the tournament so there is no confusion. Please let me know if there are any questions regarding these changes.
