The first round of the 2022-2023 Fall/Winter season brought out 21 players for a round of Longs at Mary Beth Doyle. We had perfect early fall disc golf weather with clear skies & warm temps. There was a tie for first & second cash between Common/Krumm & Thelen/Howard, both teams shooting -12 & splitting the cash evenly. Third & last cash was flipped for between 4 tying teams! Brayton/Wittman, Sprow/Armstrong, Tschirhart/DesJardins & Blansett/Taint, all shooting -11. Brayton/Wittman & Sprow/Armstrong walked away with the cash.
Starting his season off correct, Phil Common hit an ace for $79 on hole 14! Adding 30 bonus points to his league standing & giving him an early lead on the pack.
