The handicap is base on the score of the match. When one player is 2 holes up on another a stroke is given on the next hole. The hollywood payout is lower for match wins because the hollywood players are only payin in half the team entry. However hollywood players may pay the full $40 and recieve full payouts for match wins. I have done that before as hollywood and so have others.
