Observe all mandatories. Mandatories are indicated by the small, white, square-shaped signs with arrows that indicate the required flight path of the disc. Look for them on hole 1 (double mando), hole 3, 7, 11 (double mando), 13 and hole 16 (one new mando on telephone poll, second mando has been removed).
A double mando indicates that the disc must pass between both markers. Should you miss a mandatory you will pick up your throw and move to the “drop zone” for your next throw. All mandatories will have a well-defined “drop zone” drawn out in orange paint. You will add one penalty throw to your hole score for each mandatory missed. Your goal is to “not miss” the mandatory. Your disc “misses” the mando if it breaks the plane (orange line painted on the ground). If you hit the tree and miss the mando you are good. Should you have questions or need clarification please talk to me before your round.
