If I wanted to move from the VIP badge to the elite VIP badge. How would that work

Thank you for the note, you would simply edit your registration using your confirmation email to upgrade to the Elite pass. Let me know if that makes sense!

That is correct, you can edit your current registration and do that.

So if I upgrade i won't get the vip badge spector pack and do we bring discs to be signed or do we get signed discs from the pros

If you upgrade you wouldn't get the spectator pack, but you would get the other items in the Elite VIP pack, and you would just bring whatever you want to be signed.
