Only a few days until the event! We are very excited to host you all. I am confident in saying that the course has never looked or played better.
If you haven't read it yet, check out my previous email.
First, here's the revised tee time draft schedule:
0800-0824 MP60
0848-0948 MP50
1012-1100 MP40
1124-1136 FP40/FPO
1224-1500 MPO
We will post Friday tee times around 4pm on Thursday. You can already check out the draft projected payouts as posted on the event page.
Next: watch the players' meeting video (it's under three minutes long and there is no spoken dialogue).
Finally, download the rules sheet (attached) to your phone or print it out (or both). The rules sheet and Digital Scorecard are the official rules of the event and supersede the players' meeting video.
The official scoring method for this event is the PDGA Digital Scorecard. My expectation is that every member of the group will keep an independent scorecard for the whole group either via the Multiple Scorekeepers function on the Digital Scorecard or on a paper scorecard. If you do not wish to keep score digitally, please respond to this email to inform me so that I can provide you with paper scorecards and pencils during the event.
The password for the Digital Scorecard will be given to you at your tee time.
