If FPO doesn't fill, will those spots be open to MPO?

We try to avoid having mixed cards whenever possible. We can only accomodate one card of five players for each hole on the course. As of right now we will not be adding any additional spots for MPO. We will fill from the wait list by division.

MPO btw is a mixed division open to FPO players. M is Mixed, NOT Men's...
