I signed up for ma3 but was put on the waitlist so I decided to switch to ma2 because I’ve been waiting for this tournament for months and didn’t want to miss out. If more ma3 spots open can I get switched to ma3? Apr 23, 2022
Eric Laiblin Apr 23, 2022Honestly I opened MA3 on complete accident. Most tournaments don’t even offer Recreational. I have 3 cards in Rec. that’s most likely all I’ll have.

That’s the first time I’ve heard any TD say that, I’m currently signed up for over 6 events with every one having more than 12 MA3 slots and just played 2 events with over 20 players in the MA3 field.
Alex Logsdon Apr 25, 2022ive played 23 events in the last year at ma3 or below lol
Bryce Morton Apr 26, 2022Eric I think your thinking of A Tier tourneys that usually don't offer Recreational.

We’re those events Next Gen tournaments? Those are AM events and would have more room for MA3 and even MA4. If you go back and look at previous events like Alex’s 23 and look and see if it is a PRO/AM or if it is a AM tourney.. if it is a AM heavy event the pro fields would be light.. like 10 total pros.. and heavy in the AM fields.. I am trying to include AM and Pro… as a TD it’s hard to keep all parties happy. Alex are you signed up for this event?
Austin Shope May 6, 2022Recently played Twin Rivers open is a Pro/AM B-Tier that had 36 in MPO and 26 in MA3. Shouldn’t be that hard especially with 2 separate courses
Eric Laiblin May 6, 2022And if you think it’s as easy as you think it is.. I’d be happy to support the next tourneys you run.
Austin Shope May 10, 2022I never asked for a refund, just stating facts that conflict with the original comment. But awesome! I’ll be sure to reach out to ask for some help once that time comes. Thank you!
