So all the Blue baskets are in and now it’s just a matter of dealing with the elements. This week will be hovering around the low 20’s and teens. Maybe not ideal conditions for a crew of volunteers replacing the baskets. I’d like to wait until it warms up at least a little bit.
This weekend looks like there is a bit of an heat wave coming in as 27-30 degrees has been seen on the forecast for Saturday and Sunday lol oh god! I think these may be our days.
The job is to replace the chain assembly and the baskets on 19 baskets before our fingers freeze off. All the poles are staying in the ground. Also we don’t have to complete the job in one day. We can do as many baskets as time will allow until they are all replaced.
