The email with the OB was just sent out. Here is the full email:
Hello,
Thank you for registering for the 31st Annual Columbus Ice Bowl. The Columbus Flyers are excited to once again be hosting this event to benefit the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Last year's event raised over $1700.00 and 600 pounds of food, and we hope to exceed those numbers this year and help fight food insecurity throughout central Ohio. Please remember to bring your non-perishable food donations as we will have prizes for the people that make the largest donations. We have prizes for the top three.
First and foremost, parking. Please carpool if possible, this is one of the biggest ways you can help this event run smoothly. Please be considerate of others when parking, do not take up excessive space. DO NOT park in the grass, make sure your tires are on the gravel or pavement when parking. We will need to utilize the parking off of Cental College, those of you starting on 8-10, please head down there and park after checking in.

Roads and Parking Lots
Surrounded by asphalt/concrete and beyond.
Hole 2
The concrete drainage ditch is not OB, only the road/walkway along the top of the dam.
Hole 8
Concrete drainage ditch IS OB. Surrounded by concrete. Normal OB rules apply. If you are on the opposite side of the drainage ditch, but in the grass, you are in bounds. The path along hole 9 is OB, normal OB rules apply.
Hole 9
The path along the left side of the fairway, surrounded by gravel and beyond. Creek along the right side of the fairway, surrounded by water and beyond. The road behind the basket, surrounded by concrete and beyond. If you drive crosses inbound at any point normal OB rules apply. If your disc does not cross inbounds proceed to the drop zone.
The drop zone is on the sidewalk near the end of the bridge between the fence and the wheelchair-accessible ramp.
