Not until after registration closes. Usually 2 days before the tournament begins. This is not unusual. That’s how it works for all levels of tournament. It allows for last minute registrations and drop outs.

its less than 2 days now, i am not local and need to know when i have to be there saturday... that will determine if i need to drive tomorrow and get a hotel.... no one answers my emails, this is frustrating.
