Greetings all!

**If you are still on the waitlist, I will be processing refunds tomorrow afternoon. We may still have some late cancellations.

This message will serve as our player's meeting for the event. Please read over the post in full.

First, thank you for attending The 2021 Blackwater Winter Open Powered by Flight Factory. We are excited to host the inaugural event featuring this course that will be played for many years to come.

Let's start off by thanking our sponsors for their support.

Schedule: Saturday
7:30AM :Open for Check In
8:30AM: Tee Off
Player's meeting and OB sheets delivered via email.

2 rounds, 18 holes.

Tee assignments: Divisions will play the same tees both rounds.
Longs: MPO, MP40, MA1
Shorts: All other divisions

Am's should get their player's pack before round 1 if possible. Vouchers may be used online or in store. Payout will be provided via voucher and may be used in store, or I can convert into a gift card. Pro Payout and Ace Pot will be paid out via Paypal or Venmo.

Scoring will be handled through PDGA scoring. This is very easy to use and will save a ton of time for all participants.

Awards and payout will be held in that order after the conclusion of the 2nd round. Please ensure score cards are turned in quickly after round 2 to help us get the awards ready quickly.
