I don’t see anything next to anyone’s name on the list. If you’re seeing a green mark, that means payment is owed, since zero was paid for waitlist. If it’s something else, I have no clue what you’re seeing

As stated above, if you see a mark it is for those who owe payment. Since there was a period of time that you could register and pay, which has been changed to a zero fee for waitlist, that is what you are seeing. It has nothing to do with anything that a player should be worried about or question. It is there for tournament staff to be aware that someone would owe payment if they were to make it off the waitlist. As of right now, being 12 days away, there is no movement on the waitlist and those who have paid will get their money back following round 1 of the event.

Should you want to be removed from the waitlist prior to that time, you will send a request and you will receive your full refund from the waitlist; with the exception of any raffle tickets that were purchased. Those are not refundable and will be entered to the raffle and winners will be notified
