i'm not tournament staff, but don't see an issue with that as long as she (your daughter) follows the same PDGA rules and understands courtesy/etiquette. Next year proposed rule change mandates 13yrs old for caddy - but that's not approved yet.

Ed Faits Sep 8, 2021Yes, Paul is correct, Caddies are allowed but must follow PDGA rules. Also for Covid, the caddy should maintain social distancing from other players.
