Please be patient with me in the morning. Normally I print out hard copies of the registrants but left it at home and will be using my Mac to check people in which will be the first time for me.
WE WILL HAVE A PLAYER'S MEETING AT 8:45
We are planning on playing in the woods unless it rains tonight which is less than a 10% chance.
I ended up using more paint this evening than planned. I forgot that in some areas of the gravel, the grass / gravel line is pretty mushy. In some places I used a dash line to save paint. If this line comes into play regarding an in or out decision, connect the two lines to determine the OB. If you still can't tell if it is in or out, it's in because the benefit goes to the player.
Casual water that are puddles, you are allowed to play from BEHIND the puddle that is farther away from the basket without penalty.
FOR HOLES 5 & 6 THAT HAVE DROP ZONES:
You are allowed to proceed directly to the drop zone and shoot for a '3'. The reasoning is that both of these holes have small windows to hit, with water carries. A player could simple purposefully throw their disc into the water OB and then go to the Drop Zone. To save you a disc, and time looking for a disc, we'll let just go straight to the drop zone with 2 throws already counted (1 throw into the water, 1 throw penalty for going OB)
RESTROOMS
I did confirm with a city official that at least one set of restrooms will be open. If they run out of toilet paper let me know and I'll go buy more.
SCORING / SCORE CARDS
The online scorecard is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it will help me to process scores faster and then assign hole assignments after Round 1 for Round 2 and after Round 2 for payouts. However, they are not required.
