We had a hot but certainly fun day at MBD! Nineteen players braved the early June heat to run some aces and make new friends, while trying to wick sweat from our faces and discs to do our best with a ship load of CTPs on the day. If I missed one, leave it in the comments!
Hole #1: Ben Demory took the Warden
Hole #3: Mark Richey pimped a floater for "The King's CTP"
Hole #4: Robbie G snagged the "you call the next round"
(He chose Bandy for next Sunday)
Hole #6: Austin L. Smooth lined his way to $15
Hole #8: Candace Hall won a free SFD shirt!
Hole #9: Austin L. Wins the right to "Call Cali" on any future round
Hole #14: Ladies only! And the Throw Shop's own, and Ypsi-Famous Felicia Calhoun took it home.
Hole #15: Cam nearly aced to claim the Valerie Jenkins Starfire (red)
Hole #17: Robbie G. came through again for an assured birdie & $25
Doug Henson won "The Rhode Island"; one extra shot at the beginning of any round.
Sherpa won a free SFD round of his choice.
Cam Stinson also won the chance to choose his partner for any future round.
We thank everyone who came out and sincerely hope all went home smiling. We're at Bandy this week, and going to continue the good vibes by having a CTP on every hole! The caviat here... we're playing red followed by whites, but any lady on any card, has the option of choosing to play reds any hole they wish! But ANYONE has a chance to run every CTP twice... Unless you're a dude and it's the ladies only CTP.
The Queen's CTP is in play this week. Along with several surprises of course. We still have some shirts available, both custom tye dye and classic white - sizes vary and they are first come, first shirted. Any questions or comments, leave them here
