Yes. There are a couple of OB areas with the designation NO Fly Zone. The intent is to have players not throw in the air space above those OBs, specifically with regards to the Amphitheater, which may be booked by someone this weekend. For the No Fly Zones called on hole 4 and 15. there will be a marked Mando tree to stay within. Understand these can be high traffic areas used by park goers not necessarily disc golfers. For Fences, when I refer to inside or outside of a fence, I consider the side with the Fence board as the outside of the fence. I went back over the holes to be sure Holes 5 and 6 - The inside edge of the post, inside the fence marks the OB. Hole 10 - Amphitheater fence the boards are on the outside and the outside of the post marks the OB Hole 16 – Fence boards face the road and is the outside of the fence, inside post determines the OB line. QA-APP-10: Can video or other media be used as evidence to make a rules call? PDGA policy is that video evidence can only be used to document player misconduct as defined under section 3.03 of the Competition Manual. Evidence of player misconduct may be evaluated at any time by the PDGA Disciplinary Committee. No other use of video or other media is allowed for the purpose of making rulings during tournament play.
