If your tee shot lands inside the OB Marsh you play the Drop zone tee. It should only be an issue from those playing the red tee. It can be difficult to prove intent, even if i could have someone watching it all the time. While some Players may try to make the marsh to move to the drop zone, they are giving up all but a very slim chance at a birdie-able par 4. I still feel the majority of the players are going to play the hole as designed and try to lay up and then throw over the marsh.

Yes. There are a couple of OB areas with the designation NO Fly Zone. The intent is to have players not throw in the air space above those OBs, specifically with regards to the Amphitheater, which may be booked by someone this weekend. For the No Fly Zones called on hole 4 and 15. there will be a marked Mando tree to stay within. Understand these can be high traffic areas used by park goers not necessarily disc golfers. For Fences, when I refer to inside or outside of a fence, I consider the side with the Fence board as the outside of the fence. I went back over the holes to be sure Holes 5 and 6 - The inside edge of the post, inside the fence marks the OB. Hole 10 - Amphitheater fence the boards are on the outside and the outside of the post marks the OB Hole 16 – Fence boards face the road and is the outside of the fence, inside post determines the OB line. Hole 16 and 17 - This holds true for both the corrals On holes 18 and 19 I just listed fence; I updated the caddy book to explain these further. As I said in the caddy book, it will be group decision to judge whether the disc has crossed the plane. If you can’t decide as a group, then take a couple of pictures with a phone and check with me after the round.

PDGA policy is that video evidence can only be used to document player misconduct as defined under section 3.03 of the Competition Manual. Evidence of player misconduct may be evaluated at any time by the PDGA Disciplinary Committee. No other use of video or other media is allowed for the purpose of making rulings during tournament play.

hey rick. thanks for your input. played quite a few tourneys in my life and as we see here each td is different. this one waited to post who played where till 2 weeks out. in my experience which is vast the td has those assignments up even BEFORE registration. might not have the course laid out but he POSTS which divisions play which course. have a nice day!

Then drop dude. There are people traveling to the event that won’t be able to “practice the course” until day before or event playing blind. The fact you live local and are complaining is crazy. Play both layouts. I’m sure you’ll have an idea what division you’ll be in considering how you score.

Coming over this week you will be able to play the course that is in the ground for the last 20 plus years. There are about 5 holes A,5,6,9,14 that will be unchanged for the tournament. We have been doing custom course configuration for our tournaments going back to our days of running NT events. The tournament course will be installed and flagged by May 19th and be available for practice leading up to the event.
