Some other updates:
Buns are vegan. I have Beyond sausages for the vegans. I have chicken apple, chicken bacon pineapple, and chicken mozzarella and herb for the meat eaters. I use chicken sausages because they are pre-cooked, so safer to prepare en masse. The one with mozzarella obviously has dairy (and looks very different than the others); the two other flavors do not.
Water is staged. The Digital Scorecard will have my phone number so you can alert me if we run low on water at one of the stations.
