About this league
Fee per round $8
League information and rules:
1. Weekly league fee: $8 for ADGA members, $11 for non-members.
Submit your league fee via Venmo to @james-robinson-32
How to use Venmo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O61hMHYWqc8
In your payment note - include "League Fee DD/MM" (where DD is the day, MM is the month)
If you don't have Venmo, the onus is on you to find someone else playing league that week and have them Venmo your fee to the league director.
Where does the league fee go?
$5.50 - payouts
$0.50 - PDGA sanctioning
$1 (or $4 for non-members) - ADGA
$1 - Ace Pot
League payouts are made via Venmo weekly
2. Submit your payment via Venmo by 4pm on Tuesday ahead of a sanctioned 6:15pm round. Flex starts are also allowed. Feel free to set up your own card of at least 3 players and let me know who is on it and when you will be starting.
3. We tee off at 6:15pm. Review your hole assignments on the PDGA league page (linked above) when you arrive at the course, so you know where you're starting.
4. We will use live scoring. To keep score, go to:
https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login
Access code is "flight"
Everyone MUST keep scores for all players on the card and verify for accuracy at the end of the round. Digital scorecards are preferred but paper is allowed (supply your own and send a photo of it to Dan/James at the end of your round).
5. There are three pools for payouts. Pools are based on PDGA rating: under 840 is C pool, 840-919 is B pool, and 920+ is A pool. If you don't have a PDGA rating, let us know what you typically shoot on a local course, and we will try to put you in the right pool.
6. Ace pot payout rules:
When the pot value is:
$1-$100, Solo ace wins it all
$101-$150, Solo ace wins $100
$151+, Solo ace wins the pot less $50
If multiple aces are hit on the same day, the full pot will be split evenly among all acers. Anything left at the end of the league will roll over to the next league.
7. OB RULES: Check the hole/course notes on your PDGA scorecard app. Kincaid will have its standard OB rules as the paved walking trails, mostly affecting holes 1/16/18. Card can make the decision if the disc is clearly on the walking trail or beyond. PC OBs are on or beyond any paved path/lot/road.
8. A one-of-a-kind custom engraved mini will be awarded to the overall league podium winners. The league champ is determined based on each competitor's top 7 rounds by league points awarded (you earn 2.5 points per competitor beat or tied every week [including yourself]). I will make an announcement on standings at mid season and then update the leaderboard through the close of the league. Additionally, a participation pin will be awarded to all players who attend every week of league.
If you have any questions - reach out to James or Dan.
