FCDGA Bone Laws
Bones must be attached to bags and carried whenever you are playing
You may challenge anyone carrying a Bone
The challenge must be accepted by the player to be valid.
You may decline a challenge if the challenger is not within 5 Bones of your Bone.
You may refuse a challenge if you are out practicing (this is acceptable occasionally)
You are asked to play at least one challenge a week.
Challenges will be on a first come first serve basis. The Google email list will help keep track of who challenged who first. But not all challenges are expected to go through email.
You may not hide when you have a lower number Bone (if it is found that you are doing this you may not be offered a tag in the next series and you probably will be called an assortment of names)
If you have to leave during a challenge round (for any reason) you will forfeit your Bone and graciously accept the highest numbered Bone.
In the case of a tie, the player who held the lowest numbered tag prior to the match would receive the lower numbered tag and so on
At all singles tournaments and Bones league the Bonetagmaster will collect Bones from players present and redistribute them after the event completion.
The current Bones set (2011) will remain active until December 31, 2012
New Bones will be made by January 1, 2013. Keep your old one as a trophy
If you lose your Bone you may be able to purchase a new one (depending upon availability) for $15. (Don’t lose top 10 Bones hard to remake…)
Anyone caught cheating or holding out (purposely not bringing your Bone) will be dealt with by the League and may be removed from the League.
Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!
