Hey all, wanted to post this to show transparency of what I'm thinking we should do and see if you're all good with it.

ONLY THOSE THAT PLAYED AND PAID INTO THE ACE POOL THIS SEASON ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CTP CHALLENGE

$500 ace pool $778 seed pot = $1,278

$100 held to start ace pool up next year
$1008 ÷ 18 holes = $56 per hole
$170 rolled into course fund for future equipment

We raised $766 counting the $170 (if everyone is good with us rolling that into course fund) from 50/50's and anonymous donations. $100 of that will have to remain in cash box for petty cash to make change. That leaves us with $666 (maybe I'll toss in a buck so it's not so evil lol)
But we would like to set up a meeting with the church and see if they could add to that for new baskets. The problem is all the manufacturers are having problems getting baskets available. But I would like to have all the ducks in a row so when they do become available we can jump on them. We will need 16 new baskets so I'm sure we can get a deal for a lot of them.

I know this was long winded but I always promised I'd be transparent as possible for all money going in and out of leagues.

So ultimately this Thursday at 5pm we plan on doing $56 a hole ctp challenge. EVERYONE must start on hole 1 so my group can go last and collect flags. You can have big groups of 8-10 people no problem because we are not putting. Only one throw per person per hole. I will set up white flags marking temp tees on each fairway for shorter throws that is fair for everyone. Hole 4 and 16 I'll probably just put the white flags next to the normal tee because those are already fair for everyone.

I will try to bring a big cooler with pop/beer and some sort of snacks. Feel free to bring anything you'd like to share. Let's all have some fun and celebrate a great league season.

1. Path and grass before is hazard. Play where disc lies with one stroke penalty.
2. If missed mando proceed to drop zone with one stroke penalty. Over painted line o.b. curb and parking lot o.b
3. If missed mando re tee. Curb and parking lot o.b. over painted line o.b, woodchips and driveway long o.b.
4. Sidewalk and over o.b. pond o.b
5. Sidewalk and over o.b. first pond o.b. second pond has painted o.b line if over.
6. Curb into driveway/parking lot o.b
7. If missed triple mando, proceed to either drop zone of your choice (left or right) with one stroke penalty.
8. Pond is o.b. proceed to drop zone. Curb and parking lot o.b. play one meter in where disc went out with one stroke penalty.
9. From longs reeds o.b re tee from short with one stroke penalty. From both pads, curb and parking lot o.b
10. If missed mando proceed to drop zone with one stroke penalty. Curb and parking lot o.b. neighbors yard near basket o.b.

Am 2 will play all longs.
Novice, Am50, and Am50 will play all shorts.

Pros will play all longs with a temp long pad on hole 5 par 5 at 700' that I will mark out with flags.
Also pros will play a temp long on hole 7 par 4 450'
