All 2021 members with at least six rounds played this season are eligible for the hi-lo doubles tournament next Thursday. We will tee at 5:30pm so please be there by 5:10 at the latest so we can set partners and do a brief player meeting.
If you cannot make it, please let us know so that we're not waiting for you.
Immediately following the hi-lo doubles, we will have a season-ending awards ceremony with payouts and prizes and trophies.

The penultimate night of the season has done nothing but make the final week ahead more interesting. After last night, Trevor Hofman inched back in front in the points race. Only he, Kyle Eveland, Landon Bell and Josh Reagle are mathematically in the hunt for that title. In the scoring race, defending champion Thatcher Berends posted a 49 to move himself squarely into the conversation with leader Jared Monsma.

What a night it was at Leprechaun Hollows. Hole 1 gave up another ace, so congrats to Brandt VanHeest for wiping out the ace pool. Meanwhile, 17 players shot sub-52 adjusted rounds, the most ever in league history. Even more fireworks came out of last night as Reid Frescura and Jacob Arvidson both found 11 birdies, with Jacob Arvidson ultimately breaking the course record with a 45.
Kyle Eveland has risen to the top of the points race with two weeks left and Jared Monsma has emerged as the leader for the overall scoring title.

Friendly reminder that this Thursday is our members-only divisional tournament. If you are a Full-Pay member, you are all set. If you are a Weekly-Pay member, normal league night fees still apply. All players will tee via shotgun start after a brief player meeting at 5:30PM. PLEASE DON'T BE LATE or you will be excluded from the tournament.

The ace pool is still in play this week. Division winners will be awarded a berth to the MDGO State Championships https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/Discraft_Michigan_Amateur_State_Championships_presented_by_Dungrass_Co_2021

1) Next week, June 24 will be our mid-season Divisionals Tournament. This will be a MEMBERS ONLY event, so unfortunately we can't allow guests next week. Members will be broken into three divisions based on scoring average and will compete for three berths to the MDGO State Championships (one in each division). We will tee with a shotgun start following a brief player meeting at 5:30PM, so please be there and checked in prior to that. Full-pay members are all paid for. This is still a normal league night, so weekly-pay members are still required to pay their $5 in order to participate.

2) The second half of the season will begin on July 1. We will be offering PDGA sanctioning to anyone who would like to participate. This is a really cool opportunity to add to your PDGA rating or get a rating for the first time so you can compare yourself to players from all over the world. The cost for members will be $15 to cover the whole second half of the season and must be paid at the check-in table either this week or next week during Divisionals. If you have any questions, let us know!

Summer seems to have taken a break for the moment and the hot scores have followed suit. Nick Kane showed up to play in the adjusted scoring department, but overall it was a collective off-week for scoring. However, Trevor Hofman found a way to clean up on CTPs this week and another ACE was hit. Shoutout to Jason Rodriguez for smashing one in on hole 6!
