We’re are teeing off a bit early tonight to make sure we get all 18 holes in on Blue shorts.

Doubles players in the playoffs will play Rotating Teams Score.
Players rotate partners after there is a tie or a push for 3 consecutive holes AND every time one team beats another team. You write 4 scores after every hole, 1 for each player. Lowest two score advance to the finals. Tie breakers are decided by playoff seed.

2020 Doubles champion will take home a brand new Chainstar Pro! Thank you Discraft!!

Singles players in the semi finals play stroke play. Tie breaker is the playoff seed. If you tee off early with you foursome and play anything other than Blue shorts, your entry fees will just be for your foursome. $28 goes to the winner and you’ll still have the post round throw off for cash when you finish. The flags will be set up.

Everyone else will play normal divisions and regular entry fees on Blue Shorts. $10 to play $5 optional Ace Pool.

If you are playing in the semi finals your foursome can show up early and play the long tees if all 4 players agree. The ace pool will be available for you guys if you want to get in on it. Just make sure you pay for it before you guys tee off. Please start no later than 5:15 if you are not playing all short tees. Sunset is at 8pm.

SCORING:
+8 points Double Eagle
+5 points Eagle
+2 points Birdie
0 points Par
-1 point Bogie
-3 point double bogie or worse.

Ladies can still shoot from the short tees but if you or your team take your drive from the short tee you’ll need to take one stroke off of par except for the par 3’s. Play hole 1 from the old 17 tee box (near 18’s basket) to the long basket.

I’ll have scorecards made up with all the details.

The ace pool this week will be capped to $1000 for members and $500 to non members. The ace money collected this week will be added to the ace pool next week. Memberships are $15. New members get a disc from our stock.

Don’t forget about the post round throw off for cash or merch! (Ex. you can take $40 in cash or $80 in merch) It’s part of the entry fee so everyone is in on it.

Club CTP for the Lunas will be on hole 15.

With 5 weeks left to get points, the playoff picture is coming into focus. Here’s how it will play out this year.

28 Aug: END OF REGULAR SEASON
4 Sept: SEMI FINALS
11 Sept: FINALS

If you are not in the playoffs there will be league play for you. All are welcome.

For all 3 divisions:
Top 6 point earners make the playoffs.
Top 2 players in each division will get a first round bye week while players 3 thru 6 playoff in the semi finals for 2 spots in the finals.

Doubles division will play switching teams points. Players change partners every 3 holes or every time a skin/point is earned.

Masters and open divisions play singles.

Finals layout is TBA

The 2020 members were added to an "Event Page" on the Team Stony Facebook page. Please check to make sure you're on it if you are supposed to be. 2J I got you!

We’re gonna obviously be doing things differently as far as tee times, gathering before the round, group sizes, no cash exchanges. Some can play during the day since a lot of ppl are not working. We’ll probably do a dry run on the first week to fix any problems we may encounter.
