We were 9 strong today. I guess people were attending other tournaments and stuff so we were happy with the turnout. Nick (Flick) Horne got an Ace winning him the big $9.00 Ace Pot. The Aces seem to be coming on a regular basis lately. Bill Byrne got an Ace last week also.
Steve Foster and Paul Lusky did a pretty good job today shooting a 45 for the win. Congrats to you guys.

We have flex starts at Birch Park and the Hollows North this coming Friday and on Saturday we have the Double Trouble singles tournament going on at Birch Park and the Hollows North.

Bill Byrne took an Ace on hole #8 and won $10.00. Someone hit the Ace Pot last week so the pot was skinny. This was Bills firstAce and that might be more important than the cash?? Just saying.Haha. Congrats to you Bill for a great Ace. Colby Foster won the CTP on hole #10 for 20.00.

Flick Horne and Nick Horne took it down beating out Todd Foster and Joel Gomez for 1st place. Brian Foster won the CTP for $18.00 and $9.00 carried over on the Ace Pot.

We had an exciting day today. Blaine Faulkner and Bill Byrne took the win shooting a 49. Bryant Chamberlin and Billy Crane had a playoff for 2nd place with Nick Horne and Dan Coburn. Nick and Dan took it down for 2nd .Nick made a great drive and then birdied for the win.
Billy Crane also hit the ace Pot on Hole 14. Great job Billy. Fred Lusky got the CTP for $24.00. Not bad guys .

!4 players came today before the big storm hits. Billy D and Tommy Hawkins took it down with a 46. Billy Crane and Steve Foster took second place shooting a 50. Nick Horne won the CTP on #14. Ace Pot has now climbed to $145.00.
No League tomorrow due to the bad storm that is predicted. Safety comes first and and the roads are going to be questionable at best.

We had a good group of players this morning. The weather was chilly but the sun was out and it was a great day for disc golf. There was 14 of us in all.
After a tuff battle we had 3 teams tied for 1st place. Billy Crane and Todd Daugherty, Bill Bruce and Fred Lusky , and Bryant Chamberlin and Kramer Blackberg were tied for 1st place "Playoff"! The play off went 4 holes before Fred Lusky and Bill Bruce took it down with Bill throwing the winning putt in on basket #4. The battle went on for 3 more holes to decide 2nd place. Karmer Blackberg took it for the win shooting a CTP on hole 1 for the win . This was a real fun round with lots of tight play .

Next week will be cancelled for Winter Team Challenge play ! Thank you everyone and by the way the Ace Pot is now $94.00 See you in 2 weeks.

Fred Lusky and Fred Rehm were right behind shooting a 57. That left Bill Byrne and Matt Eldridge in 3rd .

Nice win guys. Back in their dust came Nate Rav and Rich Spinale who took 2nd shooting a 50. Nate also won the CTP on 15 for $30.00

The payout went 3 deep today. Billy Crane and Nicole Russell (Nicole traveled all the way down from Maine today), took first place with a hot round of 51. There was a tie for second place causing a playoff at hole one. Nick Horne and Nate Raven against Bobby Harris and his partner Tim ,both coming all the way down from Maine.. Both teams shot 54 . Nick and Nate won 2nd place taking down Bobby and Tim on hole 1.
Steve Foster won the CTP on hole 14 for a quick $54.00 .

!!CAUTION!!
The course is still icy in several places and you need to use extreme caution while playing . Today one of of favorite local players took a header and dislocated his elbow. Not a good Day.
We all wish Kevin a speedy recovery and will keep him in our thoughts as he heals.

Today we had 11 players for Dubs. Billy Crane and partner Corey Greenspan took the win today in a play off for 1st place against Jason Barry and Scott Poland . Both groups shot an impressive 48 but Billy threw a great shot landing close to the basket pretty much clinching it. He got the bird and won the match. Billy and Corey got to split $76.00 each bringing home $38.00. Great playing everyone. Fred Lusky took the CTP on Hole #14 for $22.00. The rest of the cash went into the Ace Pot. I will publish the Ace Pot amount later. I have to check with Norma for amount.

Ian Coburn won the cash CTP on Hole #8 for $36.00 . nice win Ian. we collected $18 for Ace Pot bringing it to $28.00

No Dubz next week due to the NEADGC Tournament. Week #3 play will resume on Saturday May 27th.
