Sept 29th CTP challenge (eligible only if you have bought into the ace pool at some point this year)
We will tee off at 5:15 ALL starting on hole 1 in larger groups. I will remain in the last group to collect flags.

Blue flags will mark the temp tee pads. (Look down the fairway on the larger par 4 holes to find the blue flags)

Green flags will be for marking the ctps.

$20 per hole.

We will roll the remaining $66 ace pool money to next year's ace pool.

Unfortunately we didn't have a seed pot this year to pay out a bonus for an ace. So if two people ace the same hole, we will have a throw off to the practice basket for the ctp money afterwards.

I'll talk to Mark tonight. We might have some added prizes for after the round. Like a ctp to the practice basket and top x amount of players closest to pin win prizes. I'll find out tonight what we decide to do, if at all. If we do, I might make it only for everyone that didn't win a ctp during the round.

I'll try to get a 24pk of beer and either 12 or 24pk of pop, plus some chips and candy. Beyond that, if you want anything else, byob/ snacks.

Final sanction league round of the year Sept 22nd layout

All reg pin positions no alts for everyone. Tee between 5-5:15. Reg ends at 5:15 promptly.

Thank you everyone for coming out throughout the year. We will have projects on the course after the next couple weeks on Thursdays. Details on that to come.

The following week if no ace this week, Sept 29th we will be doing a ctp challenge for everyone that bought into the ace pool. 5:15 tee. Not sanctioned. I will have temp tees for all 18 holes. Everyone will get in groups and start on hole 1. I will be in the last group to start on hole 1 to collect flags. I'll bring a cooler with some drinks and possibly some snacks. Bring anything you want for yourself or to share. Let's have some fun and hope for good weather. You can have several in a group because there is no putting, just drive and pick up if you didn't get the ctp.
I will have more details of how much money per hole pending this week.

Everyone, pro and am, will be playing 9 long. Cat tails and curb and over proceed to d.z with penalty.

Then everyone will be playing short 9 pad to temp basket with no mando. Curb and over o.b.

Longs will be playing 15's long pad to 16's basket. Over fence on left o.b. Hazard near 15's basket in play. NO ISLAND O.B (par 5) 890'

Shorts will be playing 15's short pad to 16's basket. Over fence on left o.b. Hazard near 15's basket in play. NO ISLAND O.B (par 5) 785'

Be sure to have a spotter to double check island to see if you're clear and let's try to keep groups to 3 for faster rounds.

We will keep it at 5:15pm registration deadline, but you will be allowed to tee as early as 5 if you have a group of 3.

Rule change for longs hole 9
In cat tails in o.b marked section proceed to D.Z with penalty stroke. [If on or over curb in parking lot on first drive, proceed to drop zone.] Mando from shorts only in play.

This change is because it is impossible to tell where the disc goes into the parking lot from long pad 9. So you will now have to go to a drop zone if o.b on your first drive. If o.b parking lot after that, you will just play a meter from where it went out.

I also put some white steaks down that mark o.b for the cattails behind hole 8's basket.
