Great beginner/technical course. Almost all of the holes are under 300 ft, with most of the holes being in the 230 ft and under. The course is 9 holes and plays quicker, but you still get all of the beauty of the mountains and terrain of the area. It does play by a creek so lost discs can come into play. Most of the year the creek is low enough that you can find it if it happens to go in. This course plays mainly March through December.

This is a great course to play if you are looking for scenic views, cooler temperatures, and an intermediate/advanced course. Bridges have recently been installed that make crossing the creek a lot easier. There are a few holes where you could use a spotter. If you are in or around Parowan/Brian Head/Cedar City this is a must play course, especially because if this course is a bit tough for you , you can always play the south side course which is much easier. The only reason this does not get an A+ is sometimes course maintenance can be an issue, but I know they do get out at least once a year to clear out fairways.

Cons: Extremely thick vegetation, creek crossings that could be difficult if water levels are high, Not beginner friendly

Bottom line: Challenging course. Played all 27 holes here (August2019) and spent too much time searching for discs. For those who want to play this course, make sure to use bright colored discs and go with friends who can help look for discs.
