This course is a must play and you will want to be back. From the beautiful scenery (Pine trees and Cactus in same place) to the basket placement(s)< Yes the baskets get moved from time to time so make sure you know where your headed on any given day. Only reason it didnt get A+ was I wish the baskets would change a hole lot more. Besides that, I'd drive outta my way to hit up OV's DC

Well rounded course with many deuce opportunities. Tees signs are great and show which hole layout you are playing so its easy to follow.

New review for 2017, the course is in great shape! Well groomed and brush getting trampled. open it up to take high risk shots that will pay off on the right line. Hole 1 and 10 have cement and rubber temp pads i think the rubber was put down for people who do bot have a hyzerflip. Holes 1 -18 have 3 pin placements that are. moved during thursday nigh league. Hole 9 and 16 have 4 pin locations. Front 9 plays nice easy to stay close to even. Depending on pin locations. Back 9 plays through a small wooded area of pine trees this make for some tight tunnels. Hole 11, 12, 13 and 15 are all tight tunnels the widest part of these fairways might be 15 to 20 ft. Putter and midranges are a must for this course. The whole course is tight. It deff favors people who have a rhfh shots bur with multiple pin locations they can change it to a more rhbh friendly. Trees in fairway need to be trimed up to like 6' you cant play very well with the 2meter rule. Insects are not bad. I never ware bug spare and have not been eaten up. The nats can get annoying walking shot to shot but thats minor have not had 1 tick this year play course 3x week. There is poison ivy and shumack if your sensitive dress according. Come out and play course its in awesome Condition. Deff 420 friendly and drinking. There is one store and one bar in town. If your going to play pass 9pm get gas first. The station closes at 9 and 7 on sundays. Deff come play around, dollar donation or more its worth the trip and bluegill is about 15 mins away so itz a must play coming from kalamazoo or allegan play both well your out in beautiful barry county!

This is overall a great course. The land is well used, and gives you a lot of variation. They have the ability to switch up basket locations on most holes, which makes the course even more exciting. It will have you switching between discs quiet often, but you will most likely land on a mid-range for the majority of placement shots. If you want to play a fairly technical course with beautiful scenery, this course is a great choice.

This is a really fun course. I would give it an A- if it had some hills and better chains. But other than that, it has a little of everything and plays fairly for lefties and righties and forehand and backhand players and has opportunities for thumbers and tomahawks. A great place to play if it has recently rained due to the sandy ground. The addition of T-pads is great also.

Was told by someone the first nine are open......maybe. It'll depend on your defination of open. It is open but it's no brewer open. The back nine is tighter than the front nine.

Most of my shoots, had a couple different options to throw.

NEED BETTER SIGNS!!! Was able to figure out were to throw (sometimes had to walk out to figure it out), Sometimes it was tough to find the next pad. There are a couple signs I couldn't figure out if they were mandos or arrows pointing you in the right direction. Once they mark the holes (distance, hole numbers, directions, etc...) better I would rate this course a B+.

My impression with this course is it's a work in progress. There are nice new cement tees for the first 12 holes and then nothing but dirt for a few and then the last two have some old concrete as well. It seems like they're improving it as funds become available. The front 9 or so have some young plants, tress and cacti that could really turn into some great obstacles once they mature. As you get towards the end of the course you enter a thickly wooded area that makes for a whole different type of gameplay. It was a fun course but the lack of real signage (there was the occasional hand drawn # nailed to a nearby tree) with the direction of the pin was frustrating. You couldn't always see where you needed to be throwing and would easily be way off course. I think it will improve over time though and it is a great start.

Signs dont have distances or accurate hole descriptions. Tee pads are sand/dirt. Some back-tracking in the layout. Quite a few holes on the back 9 need some extra trimming/clearing.

If you are in the area you should play St. Francis. I wouldn't drive over ~30 minutes to come play here quite yet. After concrete is poured, the course is groomed more and signs are updated this course will be a must play.

If this course had cement pads, it would be a straight A, also... if they wanted they could make it a 24 because i think they have more land there somewhere
