C+ Mackenzie Langford Jul 2018 Course is a beginner friendly course in a park that can get quite busy. No tee signs or tee pads. Adding both of those would make a huge improvement to the course.

B- Vern Lepine Nov 2010 Great open fairways, good for driving and rollers, this course might be a little on the easy side,a decent golfer will definitely shoot 4 or 5 under par.No tee sign or tee pad you would need a print of course map to play it at proper spots.
