The Loam Giant disc golf course @ Sunrise ski resort, is an all new course design.
The course requires a ski lift pass for Midway ski lift to access hole one.
Lift passes are $19 for a single pass, or $24 for an all day unlimited pass.
Lift passes can be purchased at the Sunrise ski lodge.
The UDisc app is necessary, has the course map and is best for way-finding from basket to next Tee.
The course meanders along the gentler slopes of the resort, playing through the Fir and Aspen forests. There are a few wide open long down hill throws, but much of the course is laid out to challenge uphill angles, as well as hitting tight gaps on narrow wooded fairways. After hole 13 or 14, you can decide to walk back up to midway and ride the lift down, or play 16-18, three steep downhill holes, where letting the disc air out and testing your angle control down the beautiful slopes.
