Tournament Central will be located under the event canopy near the Sunrise Ski Lift
Please check in at least 15 minutes before your assigned tee time to receive your lift ticket.
Your tee time is also your lift time. Please plan accordingly.

Tournament Information
The tournament will follow all applicable PDGA rules and Competition Manual requirements.
Players are expected to:
Keep an individual scorecard throughout the round.
Reconcile scores with the group before submitting.
Submit scores using PDGA Live Scoring whenever possible.
Paper scorecards will also be available and should be returned to Tournament Central immediately following the round.
A current PDGA membership is required for all competitors, as this is a PDGA B-Tier event.
Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and help maintain a family-friendly environment throughout the tournament while junior competitors are present.

Youth Safety Policy
The safety of our junior players is a priority. The Craze will follow the PDGA Youth Safety Policy throughout the event.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the tournament.
Any child under the age of 13 who is not competing in the event and accompanies a player group must be supervised by an adult who is not a member of that player group and is not serving as a caddie.
All players younger than 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the tournament, regardless of the division in which they are competing.
Thank you for helping us provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable tournament experience for all competitors and spectators.

Weather & Course Conditions
Tournament staff will work closely with the U.S. Forest Service, Sunrise Park Resort, the PDGA, and local authorities throughout the event.
Course layouts, schedules, or tournament operations may be adjusted if necessary due to weather, fire restrictions, or other safety considerations.
All players are expected to follow any posted fire restrictions and local regulations throughout the event.

Refund policy
All withdrawals and refunds will be handled by Chris Thompson in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual, Section 1.03 – Withdrawals and Refunds.
Please Note:
PayPal and Disc Golf Scene processing fees may not be refundable.
Early Bird and Tee Sign Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable.
Important Withdrawal Deadlines:
By Thursday, September 3 at 8:00 AM
Players are guaranteed a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 handling fee and any non-refundable PayPal and Disc Golf Scene processing fees.
By Friday, September 18 at 8:00 AM
Players are eligible for either:
a 50% refund of their entry fee, or
for amateur divisions, the player pack they would have received had they attended (shipping costs are the responsibility of the player).
If the player's vacated spot is filled by another player, a 100% refund of the entry fee will be issued, minus the $10 handling fee and any non-refundable processing fees.
By Monday, September 28 at 8:00 AM
Players are eligible for either:
a 25% refund of their entry fee, or
for amateur divisions, the player pack they would have received had they attended (shipping costs are the responsibility of the player).
