Pros: Great for beginners. Most holes are reachable in one drive. I often get -4 as a score. I use this as a warm up round before going to harder courses in town. There are two different tee pads on every hole (except the first one) so 18 holes can be played. There is no direct water hazard, but there is a lake right next to half of the holes.

Cons: The course is next to a College Campus, so it could get crowed at times. Some tee pads aren't level. There is a walk path next to some holes. Not a lot of variety on each holes. It is a flick dominate course.

Overall: I think it's average. It's not a bad course, but it can get old real quick. I can play 9holes in 20 mins. I find this course easy, but It's a good course to go with my less experienced friends.
