7 other teams allowed me to play cali for a total of 8 paid spots today for the have & have nots doubles tourney. The hot round and the Berth went to Tony Swarthout & Tom Swarthout shooting 46, 13 under course par and turning in a card without any 4's. A huge thanks to Matt Wiles for donating a CTP package. 7 other teams allowed me to play cali for a total of 8 paid spots today for the have & have nots doubles tourney. The hot round and the Berth went to Tony Swarthout & Tom Swarthout shooting 46, 13 under course par and turning in a card without any 4's. A huge thanks to Matt Wiles for donating a CTP package. Another huge thanks to the new players to the course, Derek Stockford and Christian Sersha for traveling the longest distance and bringing a superb disc for a CTP (I love the stamp) and also kicking in $10.00 to the cash added. Jakkob Lammi took the CTP on hole one, Ryan Anderson was 10' away for the CTP on hole 14 and for once, I used a cali drive wisely skipping 18' away for the CTP on 17. There were many near, but no aces. Hole 2 was picked from a draw for the Ace Pool CTP Toss Off, Tom Swarthout easily beat the 14 other throws.

If you have not prepaid through paypal you will need to be there and pay by 1:00. When the weather is extremely nice, Sanford Lake Park can be really busy. Last weekend on Sunday there was a 3 block line of cars to get into the park and once in, parking near hole #1 was impossible. This week may not be the same great beach day as las ... more
