For those of you that may have never been to Parkers Pasture in Covington Georgia - and it looks like there may be about 20 or so and 3 from out of state - the address to Parkers Pasture (as has been mentioned) is 3171 Pennington Street SW, Covington, GA, 30014 (Parker's Pasture) - my garmin takes me to the parking lot when I put in that address - when you get to the parking lot you will see a children's playground - the disc golf course is up the little hill to the right of the playground toward the woods... There is no bathroom - just a potta potty to the left of the playground. There is no water source that I know of so bring your own water. When you come up the little hill to the right of the playground you will see the #18 basket proceed straight ahead to the kiosk and #1. Continue and you will see a practice basket and a couple of picnic tables. The course is looking good - someone has picked up lots of sticks and stacked them - I blew off every tee long and short and swept the stairs this evening... There is some elevation on #3, #16 and #17...Use caution when stepping on the stairs..You will cross a wooden bridge over a creek after #7...There's 2 places nearby to purchase disc golf items etc. Dirty Ace Disc Golf (there will be some on site) and Ace Hardware..Oh I am a member of Newton County Disc Golf and play doubles at Parkers Pasture and menat to post this a little earlier...Have Fun...
