Please remember if you withdrawal from a tournament less than 7 days from end of registration and your spot is not filled you only get 25% of your entry fee back. If you withdrawal after the end of registration there is no refund. Don't wait on the weather. If it's too cold for you to play let the people on the waitlist know now.

I think I'm going to have to drop from the event. If I do so now, you all will have a replacement, correct? If so, that means a full refund (minus fees)? Please let me know before you process anything. Thank you.

With 12 people on the waitlist, what are the chances of making cards of 5? Only reason I'm asking, I would be coming in the night before since I'm out of town so would like to know prior morning of if I'm cleared or not

I'll say it. It's dumb to have a wait list in a location other than where registration takes place, on a site that requires an account just to view that page. At least DGScene lets guests see the pages. Keep everything in one publicly available place, and have all your other social media pages link to it.
