As of 8:00PM Friday night, we are not canceling the event. The course TD's will be there bright and early to shovel tee pads and lay down ice-melt if necessary. In the event we determine it is too dangerous to play in the morning (highly unlikely at this point), we will send an email and post on this page. If we cancel, we will refund all remaining players for their entry fee minus unrecoverable park fees and insurance. A few more details for the day of including a park map will be sent out later this evening. Thanks Everyone!

The forecast the next 2 days looks to be warm enough to melt the snow. The other TD's and I will visit the course thursday and friday to prep it for the event. If we have to make last minute changes, or salt the pads (using clacium chloride), we will do it that day. We will communicate any changes or dangerous conditions here and adjust the event accordingly.

Not sure if we could make this happen or not, but what if we tried to organize some people to bring some jugs of rock salt/ice melt and leave a jug on each tee pad for the day. They’re about 5 bucks ... show more ›

Not sure if we could make this happen or not, but what if we tried to organize some people to bring some jugs of rock salt/ice melt and leave a jug on each tee pad for the day. They’re about 5 bucks and have lids so before we all tee each hole, we could sprinkle some on if the tee pad needs it. I can put a couple jugs into the mix if we decide to do it!

Udisc layouts for the tournament are complete. Holes 12, 14, and 18 will be moved to the correct pin positions this week. We could not move them earlier due to the wetness and were trying to keep these green areas in good condition leading up to the event. The path to the stepping stones after 14, and hole 17C's tee pad have had some mulch laid down to make navigation less muddy. Shout out to BJ Reiher for helping us get the course ready for the event!
