I believe the limited edition glows are 25 and the regular ones are 18 to 19. I will double check tonight

I played a round there today for the 1st time had a hard time navigating to each hole there are not any signs or pads, will there be new signs for each hole?

Good afternoon Jim! I will be verifying the readings between now and Friday. I know several players ratings updated beyond the division they registered for so I will be sending out emails this week to those players

There are short tees. Blue and white divisions will play from the blues(longs)
