Hi everyone! The store for custom merch is now open! Please go to the following link https://winterwelcome3.itemorder.com/sale and order as much as you like. Remember, all proceeds will go to the Franklin Community Center. Anyone can order items (regardless of entry in the tournament) and they will be available for pick up on Saturday Dec 12. Let's do some good!!!

In order to try and accommodate every charitable individual; 4-5 players (TDs and Super Volunteers) will play Friday Dec. 11 and their scores will be included for Saturday. We are also considering cards of 5 on Saturday, instead of the usual 4. This would allow everyone on the wait list to be able to participate. Feel free to message me with comments / concerns.

There’s No entry fee so No pay outs; just cool trophies

NEW FORMAT!!!
1 round of singles after which each player picks a name out of a “hat” (consisting of participating players). Their score is added to yours for your overall score.

All entrants receive 1 Raffle ticket for Lots of wonderful raffle items!!!
(anyone interested in donating additional raffle items; please contact Jamin T or James V)
Bring an EXTRA toy or donation item and receive an Extra raffle ticket (or purchase tickets for $5 each).

Donation items in need are hygiene items like shampoo, deodorant, laundry detergent and diapers (especially the larger sizes).

Uniquely conceived merch for THIS event will be available for pre-order and ready for pick up day-of! Artwork is by one of the preeminent designers in the region. Link to the store coming soon. All merch will be available to anyone / everyone regardless of participation!

All are welcome (playing or not) to bring a toy or donation. Come support AND you’ll be eligible to enter into raffles! Each donation = a raffle ticket.

Everyone must be mindful of and follow ALL NY State and DOH Covid guidelines. Mask wearing required unless you keep AT LEAST 6 feet physical distance. Do not touch other players discs, bags, etc. Stay safe and healthy!!!
