Hate to do this Bill but we are going to have to pull out for this weekend. I was able to submit my request for withdrawal but it is not letting get to Aeris' registration, can she be removed as well?

I am trying to withdraw from this tournament due to work scheduling conflict. I am clearly signed in because i can see my profile but its as if I didn't register through my profile which I'm not sure how that is possible. Can anyone direct me to who would be the next channel of trying to fix this?
