I see in comments 8:30 start time, but in event details it’s 8. Also should we expect a players meeting email with hole assignments for round 1 to come soon, or is there a players meeting before round 1 at the course? Just trying to figure out when I need to be there Saturday AM. Thanks!

The former is A Pool for Pros and B Pool for AMs…. Saturday is 8:30 B pool, 11:30 A Pool and 2:30 B Pool….Sunday is opposite with the same shotgun times with ABA

Are there any updates on camping? With the event being next weekend this out of towner needs to figure out accommodations :)

Yes we have camping available on Friday and Saturday nights for $10 per night per adult. The parks dept charge us per head and we're on the honor system with them. Just let me know when you check-in I'll be there on Friday around noon

I have to bail out due to a planned trip that I didn't realize the dates were conflicting. I would love to still swoop the engraved marker if possible! I have a buddy there who can pick it up and pay for it if possible?!

Will there be script payouts for AMs or trophy only?

After feedback from last year’s events we are doing heavy players packs and trophies only. Dexter and Whistler’s will have 1-3rd trophies. The Murmuration had a lower turnout so we opted to give full value to the players packs and just donate the champion’s trophies. Cheers!

3 rounds... per day?

The format allows for 3 rounds total to be played each day. Just alternating pools. Ams play two rounds on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. Pros play 1 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday

I’m working on the details but yes we hope to have a camping option again in single car spaces or down in the trees between the practice basket and the boat ramp
