Welcome to the 2021 Wilddeer Open!
This is a PDGA C-tier event, all PDGA rules apply.
This email will serve as your players meeting, there will be no on-site players meeting, for any questions please check with Nacho at the Fussman pavilion.
Proceeds from the tournament will go to support Sawyer's Light and Save a Heart, which are organizations that support families of children who are born with congenital heart defects (CHDs). The Bruursema family, created Sawyers Light in memory of their third child who was born with a CHD known as HLHS.

Bring extra money! We will be having a HUGE RAFFLE for many items including discs, baskets, and a zuca cart! Tickets will be $5 each and all money raised will be going to Sawyers Light!
Check-in- Please come to tournament central at the Fussman Pavillion to check in for the event, you must check in by 8:30. There will be no player pack which will allow for larger payouts!
Course and hole assignments can be found at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/54479 there will be no physical scoreboard on site. Please double check your starting hole close to tee time to make sure no changes had to be made.
We will be utilizing the PDGA live scoring system, log into pdga.com/score and use the password “wild”. The system now allows for more than one player to record scores, fulfilling the requirement for second scoring method. Paper cards will be available at tournament central, but all scores must be submitted through live scoring. Once you complete your round and verify your scores finalize your card. If you have any issue finalizing see Nacho at tournament central.
Round 1 will tee at 9am, there will be a two-minute warning horn, followed by a tee off horn.
Lunch will be available on site for purchase from a BBQ food truck!
Round 2 will begin 1 hour after the last card finishes.
After you complete your last hole second round please bring in any CTP marker on your hole.
If no ace is hit during the event, the money will be donated to Sawyer’s Light.
Awards will commence as divisions finish, if you are tied for 1st place the tie must be broken with a playoff, any other ties will split the winnings.
We will be drawing the raffle after the awards complete.
