Proceeds from the tournament will go to support Sawyer's Light and Save a Heart, which are organizations that support families of children who are born with congenital heart defects (CHDs). The Bruursema family, created Sawyers Light in memory of their third child who was born with a CHD known as HLHS.

Each entry will have $5 deducted that will go directly to charity.

Ctps for all divisions of at least 3 players

There is a $5 non-refundable registration fee that will be applied to all refund requests within 7 days of the close of registration which is on October 22nd at 8pm. Once registration closes, no refund requests will be honored or processed.

We WILL be having on site registration for this event if not full.

AM PAYOUTS
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale. Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online. Payouts will not be available onsite. Winners will have until 12/18/2021 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.

We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system.

All pro divisions and MA1 will play long tees for both rounds

All non junior am divisions (excluding MA1) will play long tees on Deerfield and short tees on Wildwood.

All juniors will play short tees on both courses

Mt Pleasant Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
