Goal:
The goal of this event is to raise awareness and funds for a program that doesn't get as much attention as the larger organizations in the community but is every bit as important. Mental Health America of Licking county's Y.E.S. Club (http://mhalc.org/programs/yes-clubhouse-youth-engaged-in-service/) is an after school/summer program that provides youths 11-18 a safe place to go for mentoring, tutoring, life skills and character development along with a daily meal. They also work to get them involved in community service. I can't think of a better place to receive the food items and monetary proceeds from this event.

9:45 - players meeting
10:00 - tee off

Raccoon Creek Disc Golf Course
Flory Park, Newark Ohio
Entry:
50.00 + 3 cans of food (money - on line and food - day of)
Format:
The field will be randomly numbered to decide picking order. There will be boxes containing 3 discs (driver,mid,putter). The 1st person will choose their box and open it to reveal the top disc. The 2nd person may choose to take that person's box or take another box from the pile. The 3rd person has the choice of either of the first 2 boxes or one from the pile and so on until everyone has their box. These will be the only discs you may use for the round.

Ace fund 100.00 - 1.00 to join
Ring of fire 100.00 - 1.00 to join
Long putt 50.00 - 1.00 to join
Long Drive 50.00 - 1.00 to join
18 CTPs - Cash, plastic or other
(All payout is based on 72 person field and may increase or decrease depending on number of participants)
Raffle:
Tickets - 1.00 a piece or 25 tickets for 20.00. You may also purchase 5 tickets with cans of food (no outdated or suspect items)
Player’s pack:
Every box will include a driver, mid, putter combination of some sort. Some will all be the same brand, some will not. All brands, weights and stabilities are options.
The player’s packs will be provided by one of our gracious sponsors, Hocking Hills Disc Golf, who will also be on site selling, discs, bags, apparel and more all day!
