Every player (INCLUDING PROS) will receive a small player package and an opportunity at a lot of prizes (CTP's and other side-games) during the 2 rounds. The rest of the money will be put towards payouts (Pros will be paid in cash (50% of your entry fee will go to cash payouts with the top 33-50% of your divisions cashing) and AMs (50% of your entry fee will be put towards FM voucher payouts which will be redeemable anytime at The Disc Barn). I'm also hoping to setup merchandise at Sussex Bowl for you to claim your prizes after the event. Remember to bring your funny money from league and I'll also have an up to date history for what you are owed since we stopped handing out the funny money on 7/3.

I will only allow divisions of 4 or more people. If there are less than 4 we will communicate your options with you.

Up to 7 days prior to the event you will be refunded 100% of your money (minus online fees) ONLY if you email or call the TD by phone or tell him in person.

From 7 days until the Day before the event I will still give you your player package ONLY if you email or call the TD by phone or tell him in person.

The Day Of the event if you notify the TD ONLY BY PHONE before the Player's Meeting, I will still give you your players package.

If you contact me after the Player's Meeting or do not contact me at all you will not given your player package.
