Thank you for braving the cold day with us. A few things to report

1- Trophies have been ordered for those div that had more then 4 players, they will be mailed out shortly to you at home. Expect an email from Assistant TD Brandon shortly, requesting an address to be shipped to.

2- After costs of Porta Poopers, we were able to add $380 to the basket fund for Hayes Park(Freeland). This puts total near $3000 of the 9500 we need

3- All Photos have been uploaded to Facebook. They are on my personal page, Tri City Disc Golf(group), Michigan Disc Golf Alliance(group). There are 2 albums over 700 picutes(I think). Feel free to use them as you see fit(your own photos, none of others). Expect this at all the full events I host.

Thanks again to SMI(Caine Wiechmann) , "Joe Dirt" and Breaking Aces for the added cash and store/CTPs/Porta Poopers/C1 markers.

Tomorrow in the afternoon, C1 Markers will be installed and Porta potties will be delivered.

ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE A PLAYER PACK
Pro fields- Hand warmers($1 per player from prize funds)
AM fields- Hand warmers and disc of choice($17 per player from prize funds)

Also, Trophies will be ordered and personalized to winners. If field is 4 or less people, no trophy will be awarded. We do not want to have costs of trophies take away a huge chunk of prize funds. If winners of a smaller field want to ELECT to have a trophy, we can make them available at their request(will change payouts accordingly).

Player packs will be available for pick up at end of day or between rounds(unsure which yet). All MONEY prize funds will be paid out in PAYPAL(50/50s, ACE/Alba/Eagle, Pro Fields). All AM FIELDS will receive online credit voucher to BreakingAces.com .

I will be taking photos the whole day, if you see me on the course and would like not to have your photo taken, DO NOT STOP YOUR PLAY. Kindly, approach me on your walk past and I will delete them from my camera. I do not want to hinder your play and want you to remain focused. Likewise, I don't want a disruption to occur and disrupt someone else's play.
