Hi Aaron, I understand your concern. We will not be cancelling the event but I am willing to make it a one day if ALL players agree tomorrow to do so. Player emails will be sent out shortly. I apologize for the low turnout but that is unfortunately outside of my control. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow morning and talking more in person.

Sorry I've been at work til 5 today. Just seeing these questions. Players emails will be going out shortly. We will have 2 cards. First card tees at 9:30 2nd at 9:45. If ALL players agree tomorrow to play the 2nd round the same day I don't have a problem with that but will need to get approval from the PDGA. I am seeing that you have sent a refund request before I had a chance to respond. According to PDGA policy any drops within 48 hours of the event start or after registration closes are not entitled to a refund but I can offer you a 50% refund if you still wish to withdraw. I have already withdrawn the entry fees and purchased the payout credits from Play It Again Sports, so that 50% refund would be coming out of my pocket.
