Hey Everyone,
Thank you for registering for the Western North Carolina Charity Classic. This email will serve as the players meeting. There will be no in person players meeting the day of the event.
Schedule:
8-8:30 am Mandatory Check-in. Ams will receive their player packs, pros just need to let me know you’ve arrived. Starting holes will be posted on https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/97466
9 am Round 1 shotgun start.
TBD Round 2 will start an hour after the last card is turned in. I will send an email with the start time and it will be posted on the PDGA event page along with starting hole assignments.
Payouts will follow the completion of round 2 as soon as possible.

Live Scoring:
Everyone must keep score.

Layout:
All Pros and MA1 will play from the blue pads both rounds. Everyone else will play from the red pads.
Caddy Guide:
All OB is listed in the live scoring and overrules any discrepancies between it and the caddie guide.
Caddie guide is under documents. Thank you Chris Gentile for putting it together.

PS there is a bar and grill on site if you want food or drinks after the round. This does mean you are not allowed to bring outside alcohol on site. If you want to head somewhere else for lunch there are also several food options nearby. I highly recommend Black Bear BBQ which is only 3 minutes from the course.
