Will the layout for WaterWorks will be the same for the Flying Challenge in May?

Michael Krueger   April 17, 2023 at 10:57pm

No, it will be a different layout - some holes will be the same, but since there are two rounds in a day, it's a different layout (shorter) for the KCFDC.

I lost an orange panic and a purple sparkle kiwi if anyone picked it up

Is there a place to see where your armature payout works I forgot what I selected when I registered?

TJ Thurman   April 17, 2023 at 1:26am

If you check your email registration or you registrations in Disc Golf Scene, it'll tell you. :)

Dustin Heese    April 16, 2023 at 9:43pm

If anyone goes for a swim I lost a ballista pro at 18 today and one at 13 on Tuesday.

Why is MA3 not following PDGA rule 1.06 Grouping and Sectioning section D for round 2?

Michael Krueger   April 16, 2023 at 9:59pm

There were some extenuating circumstances and I chose to make an exception.

How does weather impact tournaments? Play on unless there’s lightning? Looks like a pretty dismal weekend for it as of now :(

PDGA Competition Manual 1.07: "If, in the opinion of the Tournament Director, lightning, excessive rain or hazardous conditions exist that make it impractical or dangerous to continue play, the tournament shall be suspended." In practice, most TDs only suspend play for lightning.

Perfect weather for it John. Take lots of towels.

Jeremy Klempnauer    April 13, 2023 at 9:46pm

Where are tee times posted?

Chris Neff   April 13, 2023 at 10:11pm

Registration has to close first.

Derek Broockerd   April 14, 2023 at 4:05am

They’ll be up Friday.

Michael Krueger   April 15, 2023 at 12:17am

Tee times are always posted to the PDGA event site.

Emilio Sánchez    April 12, 2023 at 7:26am

Is there a way I can request an earlier tee time? I unexpectedly have work at 4 pm Saturday

Emilio Sánchez   April 12, 2023 at 7:28am

I signed up at truly and play ma2

Michael Krueger   April 12, 2023 at 4:57pm

Please edit your registration and put your request in the notes.

Derek Broockerd   April 14, 2023 at 4:06am

Emilio I took care of it

Louis Belamour    April 11, 2023 at 3:56pm

Has player packs been determined? Just curious

Michael Krueger   April 11, 2023 at 7:17pm

Yes - each player will receive a Kastaplast Disc along with an item from Truly and an item from Duck's

Louis Belamour   April 11, 2023 at 8:07pm

Thanks - can't wait for this event!

David Pilsl    April 10, 2023 at 4:49pm

When will Pools be assigned?

Michael Krueger   April 11, 2023 at 8:07pm

Pools are assigned. Tee times will be posted asap after registration closes.

Baskets will be moved at Water Works on Friday - league is on Thursday but not enough light for this layout. Final WW layout:

1 - D (long), 2 - D (long over hill), 3 - C (long) 4 - B (Peace), 5 - C (long left), 6 - C (long), 7 - A (right), 8 - C (long), 9 - A (right), 10 - B (middle), 11 - C (long), 12 - B (long over hill), 13 - B (catbox), 14 - C (long), 15 - B (straight), 16 - C (long middle), 17 - 12C (12 Peninsula), 18 - B (short right on hill).

For 9, A is on the left, did you mean B?

Brett Main   April 13, 2023 at 5:36pm

Is 9 a or b? Which right pin is 7?

Louis Belamour    April 6, 2023 at 6:33pm

I know it’s not really allowed but can’t hurt to try - I’m hoping to be one of first cards to go out, closer to the 9am start(assuming MA3 tee off first). Attending UFC later that day and get enough time to pregame for that lmao

Michael Krueger   April 7, 2023 at 2:40am

Hi Louis - edit your entry and put the request in the notes and we will try. I assume this is a request for Saturday.

Louis Belamour   April 10, 2023 at 3:05pm

Will do and yes it is - hopefully on Sunday I'm on lead card haha

Jacob Berger    March 30, 2023 at 8:59pm

What are MPO tee times looking like for Saturday?

Derek Broockerd   March 30, 2023 at 10:37pm

Tee Times will not be posted until registration closes, but I can tell you that tee times will be 12 minutes apart starting at 9am and MPO will likely tee last. This means 11am at the earliest.

Samuel Schoonover    March 27, 2023 at 2:02pm

Any idea on the latest possible tee time for ma2, round 1?

Derek Broockerd   March 27, 2023 at 4:47pm

I would guess no later than 10am

CHRIS WEEKS    March 21, 2023 at 6:08pm
