Hello,

First off, the leadership of the Hendricks County Disc Golf Club wants to thank you for registering for the 2020 W.I.F.F.S. Broadside of the Barn tournament at Avon Town Hall.

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have been working with our local parks department to know how to handle this situation. After much consideration we regret to inform everyone that we will be cancelling this year’s tournament. The park’s department (and we agree) decided that it would best to cancel.

We have many people who have already paid for their registration. We would like to give you a couple of options moving forward.

OPTION 1:
FULL REFUND
- All you need to do is let me know that you would like a full refund and we will get that issued ASAP.

OPTION 2:
DONATE TO FAMILY PROMIS OF HENDRICKS COUNTY
- As you know the W.I.F.F.S tournaments exist to raise money for food banks and other charities that help our local communities. If you would still like to donate then let me know and we will donate your funds to Family Promise.

ALSO, if you donate, you will still be able to get a series disc from Jason LaBella, the series director. You will also get a free round at Steve Boylen’s new course in Monrovia, IN.
