Just an FYI. I will post here tomorrow night stating whether or not the tournament will be canceled due to weather. There is a facebook group where I will post as well (https://www.facebook.com/events/980491435423412/).
As of now, we are projected to get 1'' of snow over Friday night, which will be preceded by ice. It will be the amount of ice which will dictate whether we play on Saturday or not. Hopefully the storm will not be bad and I can see you all out on the course on Saturday.
I'll keep you posted..

Hi, Will WIFFS #2 go on if the weather is bad?
That being said I respect your decision either way and appreciate you being concerned for our safety. Some guys were planning to come down tonight so a decision by 6pm would be helpful. Thank you

Are you playing the lettered holes also? How many holes per round? Thanks.
We plan on playing the letter holes, but it will depend on weather. As of now it is supposed to be cold and if the letter holes are frozen and not muddy, we will play them. If it is very muddy and wet, we will not play them. 24 holes if we play the lettered holes, 18 if we don't.
Since we are getting rain, ice, and snow prior to the tournament, we have chosen to play the normal 18 hole layout.
Great, thanks Andrew for the heads up on the layout. If weather is ok, I'll cya on Saturday since it's over an hour drive to Yorktown for me.
We plan on holding the tournament in the case of snow. If the snow is heavy enough to be very dangerous to travel or if conditions are very icy, we will most likely cancel the tournament. These decisions will be made the evening before or morning of the tournament.
